| Springport Area Growth Association The members present included: Lisa Mitchell, Marci Sabados, Jeff Mitchell, Jeremy Adams, Brenda Heisler, Jerry Heisler, and Megan Burgess. The committee discussed putting together a welcome packet for those moving into the area. The welcome packet could possibly include: a 1 month subscription to the Signal, a SAFE and SAGA brochure, bookmarks, village minutes, SAGA membership form and flyer, village newsletter, school brochures, and a township listing. The Springport Brochure is ready for printing. If you are interested in sponsoring the brochure the cost is $20. We will be printing 2,500 brochures and are asking only for enough money to cover the cost of printing. We are also looking for suggestions on where to place the brochures. The media and public relations committee as well as other committees are looking into putting together committee responsibilities and plans. We could use the plans for future grant writing. The next media and public relations committee meeting will be on Wednesday November2nd at 7:00pm at the village office. Everyone is welcome to attend. Respectfully Submitted,
