Ordinance 29-Recovery of Cost Associated With Prosecution of Upon the Dismissal of Cases SECTION I:
A. Upon the dismissal of any action brought pursuant to the Springport Township Ordinances, the court may assess costs of prosecution, as defined in Springport Township Ordinance #3-28(a), against a defendant as a condition for dismissal of the pending action.SECTION II: EFFECTIVE DATE
A. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption on February 12, 2003.
